1. Introduction & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the uu44 platform website and all associated services. By registering on the uu44 platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

uu44 operates an online gaming and sports betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a binding agreement between uu44 and its users. uu44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and any changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Age Requirement

Only users aged 21 or above are permitted to create an account and use any service on the uu44 platform. If a user creates an account while under the age of 21, their account will be immediately closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2. Account Registration & Management

2.1

Registration Requirements

To create an account on uu44, users must meet the following conditions:

Must be at least 21 years of age.
All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Each individual may operate only one account; operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Users must keep their account login credentials confidential and must not share them with any third party.

2.2

Identity Verification (KYC)

uu44 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. As part of verification, a national identity card or other government-issued ID and proof of address may be requested. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

2.3

Account Closure

uu44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

Providing false or incomplete information.
Operating multiple accounts.
Attempting to gain advantages through fraud or dishonest means.
Violating any provision of these Terms.
Attempting to harm uu44's systems or other users.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1

Deposits

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used to deposit funds on uu44. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. Users must use a payment method registered in their own name; deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount from uu44 is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Identity verification must be completed and all applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request is processed.

3.3

Payment Methods

uu44 currently processes transactions exclusively through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). uu44 uses SSL encryption to ensure safe and secure transactions.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1

Welcome Bonus

New members of uu44 are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳16,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳31,000.

4.2

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw any bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in bets (৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000). Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

4.3

Bonus Abuse

uu44 is vigilant against bonus abuse. The following conduct may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure:

Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
Attempting to withdraw a bonus without meeting the wagering requirements through any strategy.
Making deposits using another person's payment method.
Placing artificial bets for the purpose of earning a bonus.

4.4

VIP Program

uu44's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% at Platinum. Promotion to a higher tier is based on user activity and engagement with the platform. uu44 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uu44 platform:

Attempting to gain advantages through fraud, manipulation, or any illegal means.
Participating in match fixing or any form of manipulation.
Using automated software, bots, or other technical tools to interact with the platform.
Using the uu44 platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
Engaging in harassing conduct toward other users.
Infringing uu44's intellectual property or copyright.

If a user is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above, uu44 reserves the right to suspend or close the relevant account and forfeit the balance without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1

Ownership

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other intellectual property on the uu44 platform are the exclusive property of uu44. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose without prior written permission from uu44.

6.2

Limited License

uu44 grants users a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable right to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This right is non-transferable and may be revoked by uu44 at any time.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

uu44 gives the highest priority to the protection of users' personal information. Collected data is used to provide services, manage accounts, and ensure security. uu44 does not sell users' personal information to third parties. 8. Limitation of Liability

8.1

Service Availability

uu44 strives to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform. However, uu44 will not be liable for temporary disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons. uu44 reserves the right to partially or fully suspend services without notice.

Liability for Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uu44 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. All gaming outcomes are entirely random and uu44 does not guarantee any specific result.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that provision will be removed and the remaining Terms will remain fully in effect. uu44 is the sole and final interpreter of these Terms.
